2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & BRAND OWNERSHIP

The "Dogma" brand, logo, designs, and all related intellectual property are the exclusive property of Shanghai Nianzao Creative Design Co., Ltd. 24BFL is authorized to market and distribute these goods globally. All content on this website, including images and text, is protected by international copyright laws.

3. SALES MODEL & GLOBAL FULFILLMENT

  • Overseas Sales Only: This website is intended for international customers. Goods are sold exclusively for delivery outside of Singapore.

  • Direct Fulfillment: To ensure maximum efficiency and quality control, all orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly from the design owner’s logistics facility (Shanghai Nianzao Creative Design Co., Ltd) in China to the customer’s final destination.

  • Importer of Record: The customer is the official importer of the goods. Any local import duties, VAT, GST, or customs clearance fees in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. STRICT NO-RETURN POLICY

Due to the fragile nature of accessories and the complexities of international logistics, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," aesthetic preferences, or perceived inaccuracies in digital images.

  • By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts this "No-Return" policy.

5. REFUND POLICY FOR DAMAGED GOODS

A refund will be issued only if the item arrives physically broken or damaged during transit. To qualify for a refund, the customer must strictly follow this protocol:

  1. Notification: Contact our support via email within 48 hours of the delivery date recorded by the carrier.

  2. Mandatory Documentation: You must provide:

    • High-resolution photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.

    • A formal Police Report filed with your local authorities, documenting that the damage occurred during the shipping process.

    • A formal Claim Letter submitted to the local delivery/logistics company.

  3. Final Decision: 24BFL reserves the right to reject any refund claim that is not accompanied by the required Police and Logistics documentation.

6. TITLE AND RISK

Title to the Goods remains with 24BFL until full payment is received. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer at the moment the Goods are handed over to the carrier at the fulfillment hub. 24BFL shall not be liable for delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Singapore, 24BFL and its partners (including Shanghai Nianzao Creative Design Co., Ltd) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the products or the website.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Singapore. Any transaction is deemed to have taken place in Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
